Marc B. Bailkin



Mr. Bailkin re-joined Britt, Hankins & Moughan in June 2007.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, criminal defense and personal injury.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bailkin was an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he tried hundreds of jury and bench trials, ranging from drug offenses to attempted murder.
