Earl T. Britt

Mr. Britt is a Of Counsel to the firm and was a founding partner of Britt, Hankins & Moughan. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Britt was an associate, and later, partner, at Duane, Morris & Heckscher. He was also an associate at Swartz, Campbell & Detweiler and House Counsel at Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company. He is a former president of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
