As a JAG in the United States Air Force, our Associate, Brian F. George, served as claims attorney and hospital counsel. This meant he was responsible for investigating, defending and resolving claims brought against the government as a result of the negligence of Air Force employees in a five-state area. This included claims arising out of auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice and other incidents. This experience gave him important insight into the process and the government’s defense of these claims. He is also an experienced trial attorney.
