James T. Moughan
Mr. Moughan is a Shareholder and was a founding partner of Britt, Hankins & Moughan. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, commercial and class action litigation. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Moughan was an associate, and later, partner, at Duane, Morris & Heckscher. Mr. Moughan began his legal career as a clerk for The Honorable John B. Hannum, United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
