Britt, Hankins & Moughan began the practice of law on January 2, 1992. We specialize in the
trial of civil cases.

Britt, Hankins & Moughan is a trial firm, with a varied and comprehensive practice. We represent
individuals, local and regional businesses, as well as national corporations, underwriting pools
and casualty, automobile and property insurers. Our firm handles a broad spectrum of work
r anging from arbitrations to complex class action cases, and we represent both plaintiffs
and defendants.

The attorneys include a past President of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and
the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. They have served as Judges Pro-Tem for the Philadelphia
Court of Common Pleas and as well as court-appointed Settlement Masters for that court. The
shareholders have lectured frequently for the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar
Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia
Association of Defense Counsel.

All shareholders enjoy the privilege of an "AV" rating - the highest national rating available - from
the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory awarded on the basis of periodic surveys of the bench
and bar. All shareholders have personally tried numerous jury cases to verdict and have also
appeared before all state and federal appellate courts in Pennsylvania. Three of the shareholders
have been selected by Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine as one of the Pennsylvania
Super Lawyers on the basis of a state-wide survey of the Bar.

The firm's attorneys include two former Law Review members and two former law clerks for the
United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
